RC-2000 series vibration controller integrates a high-end DSP processor, a low-noise hardware design technology,  advanced vibration control algorithms and data transmission technology, is applicable to electric vibration test systems and hydraulic vibration test systems. RC-2000 vibration controller uses advanced distributed architecture, the closed-loop control is realized by a DSP processor, PC is independent of the control loop outside, to ensure the control system is real-time, effective, stability and precision, meanwhile, be sure it can respond timely and rapid to the changes of system's nonlinear, resonance point and dynamic loading. Control software is based on Windows operating systems, it provides users with a very friendly graphical user interface.

  • ·Channel spectrum control restrictions

Including RMS restrictions, grooves control and target spectrum control, for the protection of the specimen, to prevent the specimen to be vibrated at its weaknesses.

  • ·Kurtosis control

Adjust the amplitude of random signal distribution and support super-Gaussian stochastic control. Kurtosis control: Typical values can be set from 3 to 7, or much higher kurtosis.

  • ·Harmonic distortion detection

The harmonic level can be set from 1 to 20 or all harmonics. The calculation mode has sweep and dwell.

  • ·Stepped sine function

Signal frequency in logarithmic and linear manner to be controlled.

  • ·Multi-sine test

Multi-sinusoidal control technology uses multiple independent digital tracking filter with sinusoidal control loop, several sine components will sweep at the same time in the test frequency range to excite all resonance points of control. It supports up to eight components.

  • ·Random shock

Random shock vibration test function is used to simulate aircraft gunfire vibration test, is based on the shock test during random process.
